Queer/ Trans Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement®
Spring 2026 Series
Tuesdays, 6-7:15 pm
March 3rd – April 7th
All bodies and abilities welcome and encouraged!!
These classes come from a desire to cultivate a supported and community-oriented class space, acknowledging that wellness and movement classes may feel alienating for those with non-normative bodies or experiences.
Each class offers a different Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lesson. Lessons over this series will build around the theme of supporting, opening, diffusing tension, and activating the spine. Classes will develop through the series; weekly attendance will deepen your experience.
MASKS REQUIRED! K/N94/95s are preferred. This enables these classes to be more accessible to those who mask in shared/public space. Please reach out if you have any questions around this!

What can I expect?
Each class is an invitation to slow down, connect, and inhabit yourself in a new way. Classes open and close with a gathering and option to share. Slow, grounding movement that regulates the nervous system and guides you into new possibilities to move, breathe, and be.
Previous class participants have noted feeling more grounded and connected to themselves, experiencing more awareness of their movement as they go through day to day life, and having new understandings of time passing through movement, outside of screens and deadlines.
